Restaurant is place where you can order your favourite food which are listed in Menu. They prepare delicious food but for preparing a single food item it takes some effort and takes some minutes. Only delicious foods are not enough they must have to amend the ambience to feel comfortable and proper environment. Restaurant not only dealing with the food they sold. They have to take every situation carefully while choosing a single part of activities. Now i would like to talk about the initiation and stages restaurant should follow. First of all the restaurnt who owns should have high public relation. For the grand opening some one needs to open soft opening minimum of 3 weeks with good marketing to publicize their quality food. Soft opening are the way for preparation to grand one. The management on service, food preparation, accounting and overall should be checked out and corrected. If there is any mistakes they should be solved as soon as possible. One mistakes will add other mistakes sequencialy. So For grand opening day restaurant should be well prepared that ok we are ready our all management is perfect and we can give good service to all customers equally. The table setup must not be same its must be changed according to the groups of customer. It is quite difficult for sure to give equal service to everyone.
